Webcomic Update: Blast Asteroid, 10/21/09

Howdy howdy everybody, today, Webcomic Wednesday brings you Blast Asteroid in “Blast Returns, Part 9!” Obviously Blast Asteroid doesn’t like to deal with red tape.
